How do I return my order?

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Some products include security tags; items returned without the original security tag attached, or with a damaged tag, may not qualify for a refund. Products should be in original packaging with any identifying labels included.

To begin a return (within the allowed return window):

  • Select the item(s) you want to send back and choose a return reason from the list.
  • Confirm your return and follow the on-screen prompts to print your return label.
  • Place the item(s) back in their original packaging, then secure the printed label on your shipment.
  • Drop the package off with the designated carrier.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued back to the original payment method. Please note that outbound shipping charges are not refunded when an order is returned.

I returned the wrong item by mistake. What should I do?

After your return is processed, eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Items must meet the return conditions described above.
